I was planning on making this green onion pancake again, but then I was curious when I saw a similar style pancake recipe in my current favorite cookbook, Mooncakes and Milkbread. The base dough is basically the same, but instead of using a skillet and doing it all on the stove, you bake the bread. Also, instead of one big pancake, you make several smaller ones. Finally, instead of green onions and sesame seeds, you use some brown sugar and butter, making a sweeter bread.
