Parathas

I made parathas before this, and I realized that although they were good (I kept them frozen and would cook one in the morning to pack for the Fudgelet’s lunch), I could do better. It’s a similar recipe to making tortillas, and I am still trying to perfect those.

Triple Chocolate Cookies

I made the regular version of these cookies some time ago, and finally got around to trying the all chocolate ones. They are chewy with a little bit of crunchiness on the edges, which is perfect.

New Buttermilk Pancakes

After having some not great luck with my previous favorite pancake recipe, I decided to try a new recipe and came across an easy one that doesn’t require a mixer and is fast. I can get all of the pancakes out in under 45 minutes, and that is with making other dishes alongside, like eggs, bacon, prepping fruit, etc.
