Originally I was going to try to make this with something else, then decided to stick with the shrimp. It was fairly simple and turned out well. The sauce is quite sweet from the tomatoes, and keeps the dish bright.

French Onion Mac and Cheese

This recipe was good, although I wouldn’t make it regularly just because it takes a lot longer. But, I really liked the flavor from the onions. I also liked baking it and found that the leftovers tasted even better because they got baked for longer. I would recommend baking for a good bit to enhance the caramelized onion flavor.

This time, I planned on making the tikka masala meatballs as posted, but it meant I would need to grind some chicken, and I just wasn’t feeling it.
