“Tandoori” Oven Chicken

Tips-y Tuesdays: Sushi rolls, first attempt

This is not me saying I am a sushi roll master by any means. But…after making these sushi triangles, I wanted to see if making rolls would be doable for me. Not only did they turn out way better than I expected, but they were pretty quick to make. I don’t have any of the supplies you would normally use, like a bamboo mat. So, if you wanted to try them at home just for fun, you shouldn’t feel like you need to invest in supplies. Now, in the future, I would possibly get some to make it easier.

Sushi Triangles

Before you go any further, this is not a raw/uncooked sushi dish. I am not brave enough for that yet, but you can think of different filling ideas and make this your own. Whatever kind of food you would enjoy with rice can work. You could eat these warm, too. For the leftovers, I pan-fried the triangles and the kids loved them for breakfast.
