Sausage with Sweet Onion Gravy

So, I tried following Jamie Oliver’s recipe for this, but it did not work. He offered three methods for cooking the sausages. One was grilled, one was broiled, and one was baked in the oven. I decided to try the baking in the oven method, but they turned out sad looking and not cooked through. I ended up adding them to the sweet onion gravy to finish cooking, and it was so much better.
