I know we are a month into spring already, but I figured this was as good a time as any to wrap up winter with some pictures. Maybe you will see something of interest for next winter.
These were some treats we made for the week surrounding Valentine’s Day. Most were shared with friends, and a few were saved for us to enjoy. I wasn’t really pleased with either cookie recipe, so I won’t be sharing them but the brownie recipe was one I’ve already shared here and enjoy.
Although I did not make these for our anniversary yesterday, I am posting them today in honor of it. Two years of marriage! I am definitely happy about that, and happy to be with him. You can make these for your special someone, or just eat them. They are really light and flaky, making them easy to nibble on. This recipe does not make a large batch, but you can easily double or triple it for a larger crowd.
