Seriously, this is one of the easiest recipes I have found for eating chocolate in a frozen stick form. And, it was actually full of chocolate flavor. Probably because it is mostly melted chocolate.
And, by the way, if you don’t want to eat these as popsicles, you can also eat them as a moussey-pudding. Are you sold, yet?
Directions for Easiest Fudge Popsicles

- 3/4 cup (6 ounces) water
- 8 ounces dark chocolate. chopped
- Ice cubes and water (enough for a bowl big enough for your saucepan to sit in)
I made some of the popsicles smaller (a Fudgelet portion) and some full-size. Both turned out fine.
